Every year Apple creates wonderful Keynotes after which we are mesmerised. These keynotes are so well designed, that when they finish, we just want to run to the Apple Store and buy all the new products released.

This year is no exception. Apple released their new iPhones.

Yes! Below, I’ve listed three reasons to buy the new iPhone.

The iPhone XS & XS Max have an OLED Super Retina HD Display with 458 pixels per inch. The iPhone XR has a Liquid Retina Display which is the “most advanced LCD in the industry” according to Apple. All the iPhones now have an edge to edge display without the home button. Watching a video is just awesome!

Apple has finally bid adieu to the home button. With Face ID you can now unlock the phone simply by looking at it! However, it does take a little getting use to. I found myself pressing the screen (looking for the home button) several times out of habit. The new gestures are extremely easy.

Apple has finally accepted that people have two phone numbers. All the new iPhone models support dual SIM. But here’s the catch – one of them is an eSIM. This means we cannot insert two regular SIMs like we do in most dual SIM phones. At present, Airtel & Jio are offering eSIM support for the Apple Watch, in which that same mobile number is “shared” on the Apple Watch. We will have to wait and see how this works with the new iPhones.

Personally, I have an iPhone X and I don’t see the need to go for the iPhone XS. However, I’m still tempted to go for the iPhone XS Max because of the gorgeous 6.5 inch display.
